AI that starts by learning your company.
Every customer, job, estimate, and call your company has handled lives across your field service software, phone system, and inbox. We bring that together so an AI can work from it, and so missed calls, open estimates, and customers due for service stop falling through. Your office and your techs still make every call.

Microsoft 365Features
Built on how your companyalready runs.
Normal learns from the records you already keep, fits the software your office and techs already use, and leaves every decision with them.
Knows every customer and every job
Equipment, past visits, what was quoted, what was promised, who they talked to last. Ask before the truck rolls. It answers from your own records and shows the source.
Sees what is falling through
Calls that did not book. Estimates with no follow-up. Maintenance customers past due. It surfaces them so the office can act today.
Reach it however you already work
Call it, text it, email it, or message it. A dispatcher at the desk and a tech in the driveway get the same answers.
Your people run the job
It reads, drafts, and flags. It does not text a customer, book a job, or change a price. Those stay with your team.

FAQ
Questions from owners
My dispatchers won't use another piece of software.
They will not have to. There is no new app. It answers in the phone, text, and email they already use. The hunting comes off their plate. Nothing else about their day changes.
Can it make things up?
No. It only answers from the records you connect. If the answer is not in your system, it says so. Every answer shows where it came from, so a dispatcher can check it in a few seconds.
Who actually uses it?
Dispatch and CSRs first. They are the ones digging through job history all day. Then techs, before they knock. Then you, for what fell through this week.
How do people talk to it?
Call it, text it, email it, or message it. No new app. A tech can text a question from the driveway and get the same answer the office gets at the desk.
Where does our customer data go?
It stays in your systems. Nothing is copied into a public tool. Nothing is used to train anyone's model. If you want, the whole thing can run on hardware in your own office.
Will it text my customers on its own?
No. It drafts. A person at your company sends. Same for booking a job or changing a price. That does not change.
We're eight techs. Is this for us?
Companies your size often see it fastest. One person is holding all of it in their head. We start with the office, and you decide whether to go further.
Does it work with our software?
Yes. We connect directly to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, Workiz, ServiceM8, CallRail, RingCentral, and QuickBooks. If you use something else, ask us.
What does the office actually see each morning?
Who called yesterday and did not book. Which estimates are still open. Which maintenance customers are due. A short list, in the channel your office already uses. Someone at the desk decides what to do with it.
What if it doesn't work out?
You turn it off. Your data was in your systems the whole time. Nothing about your office's day changes.
What happens to calls that come in after hours?
The assistant answers, collects the story, checks it against your history, and hands your morning person a complete callback summary — who called, what they need, what you have done for them before. A person from your company makes the call back. Nothing gets booked or promised overnight without a human.
Will this replace my CSRs and dispatchers?
No. It takes the digging and the drafting off their plate: job history, equipment notes, follow-up lists. Your people still talk to customers, set priorities, and make every call. Treat it as extra help for the front desk and it goes further.
Our job history is a mess. Does that matter?
It matters less than you think, and we check before we promise anything. Part of setup is learning which systems hold which records and where the gaps are. The assistant says when it does not know rather than guessing — and tidying the records as we go is part of the work, not a prerequisite you must finish first.

Replying to Google reviews: AI drafts from the job, the owner posts
A review reply is public and permanent. AI can draft it from the job record so it is specific and calm. The owner posts it, and no reply argues facts or shares the customer's details.

Renewing HVAC maintenance agreements before winter, without autopilot
Lapsing maintenance agreements are easy to miss in October. AI can find them, read the last visit, and draft a renewal note. Your office sends it. No surprise charges, no price promises.

The technician should not learn the job in the driveway.
The office knows the unit, the last visit, and the part that failed last winter. The truck often does not. How a handover draft fixes that — without a new app for the field.

On the first cold night, do not let AI book the truck.
Heating season is when missed calls turn into no-heat emergencies. Capture the story. A person still decides who rolls — and what you just promised.

Estimate follow-up that doesn't sound like a robot
Open estimates are where home-services jobs quietly die. How to automate the follow-up without burning the trust your reputation is built on.

AI for missed HVAC calls: text-back, voice bots, or managed capture?
